Through 2010-2020, US aid continued and grew (the 2016 $38bn MOU), and the Trump administration moved the embassy to Jerusalem in 2018. No US administration applied meaningful pressure; the 2016 UNSC 2334 abstention was the main, largely symbolic, exception. Whether this was caused by the lobby is his thesis and is not scored.
